gorgeous view working air conditioning dated hotel unhelpful direction
the terrace offered a gorgeous view. the staff were very friendly. the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.
the hotel felt dated. they were not very helpful with directions.

central location helpful staff fresh towels
the location is central and close to major attractions. reception staff offered helpful advice on local places to visit and dine at. daily room cleaning included fresh towels. breakfast had a wide range of choices and plenty of options.
the hotel lacks an elevator which could pose an issue for some guests.

the breakfast is served on a rooftop terrace offering a complete view of the city including the asian side. rooms are cleaned every day and towels are replaced daily ensuring a fresh environment.

the double room provided ample space and had good air conditioning i found a wide selection of items at the breakfast buffet each morning the rooftop terrace provided a lovely space for enjoying the meal. staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the safe in my room

the location is perfect (i loved the short walk to the main attractions). the room had everything i needed. the staff was always attentive to my needs.

friendly staff accommodating staff missing elevator steep climb
The breakfast offered many choices. The kitchen staff showed themselves as friendly and accommodating. The hotel stands just a few steps from the Blue Mosque. It also stands close to Hagia Sophia.
The hotel does not have an elevator for seniors. There is a bit of a steep climb when leaving the hotel. I noticed this .
